The bottom track roller is mainly composed of several parts, including the wheel body, shaft tile, floating seal assembly, internal and external lid and other parts
Track roller is located under the bottom frame of the excavator,20 ton undercarriage is usually equipped with seven on one side, two of them will have track chain guard plate.
Top roller is located in the platform position above the undercarriage, its role is to maintain the linear movement of the chain.
Idler is located in front of the undercarriage, which consists of a idler and a tension spring mounted inside of undercarriage.
sprocket is located at the rear of the undercarriage. It is composed of a walking motor, reducing mechanism and a walking gear ring.

What is the function of track roller
The track roller transfer the weight of the machine group to the ground and roll on the tracks. To prevent derailment, track roller should also be able to prevent lateral relative movement of the track against it. The track roller often works in mud and sand, and bears strong impact. The working conditions are very bad, and the rim is easy to wear. The requirements of the track roller are: wear-resistant rim, reliable bearing seal, low rolling resistance, etc.
