Q: How would you go about selecting the appropriate model of steel track undercarriage?

A: ● The working environment and intensity of the equipment.

●The load capacity and working conditions of the equipment.

●The size and weight of the equipment.

●Maintenance and upkeep costs of tracked undercarriage.

●A steel track undercarriage supplier with reliable brands and good reputation.

Q: How to choose a suitable steel track undercarriage to solve the failure problem of construction machinery?

A: First, decide which kind of undercarriage best suits the requirements of the equipment.

Selecting the proper undercarriage size is the second step.

Thirdly, think about the chassis's construction and material quality.

Fourth, be mindful of the chassis's lubrication and upkeep.

Select suppliers who offer strong technical assistance and after-sale service.

Q: What is the average lead time?

A: For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

Q: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

A: You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

Q: What is the product warranty?

A: We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.

Q: Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

A: Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

Q: How about the shipping fees?

A: The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

Q: How does your steel chassis perform in the extreme temperatures of the Australian outback?

A: Our system is designed for harsh environments exceeding 50°C. We use high-quality high-temperature seals and lifetime-lubricated rollers to ensure continuous operation in the high temperatures of the Pilbara or Central Australia. However, in daily operation, we recommend that you pay attention to these two points: look for signs of oil leaks and listen for unusual noises.

Q: Can your track undercarriage be customized to fit our existing drilling rig frames?

A:  Absolutely. We specialize in custom tracked undercarriage for construction machinery. Our technical team can customize mounting interfaces, bolt hole patterns, and frame widths for seamless integration with your specific drilling rig model. We will provide 3D CAD drawings for your engineering department's approval before production.

Q: Are your parts compatible with major international brands?

A: To ensure ease of maintenance in remote areas, many of our wear parts (such as track bolts, nuts, and rollers) are designed to be interchangeable with global standards (such as ITM). This allows your field team to procure emergency spare parts locally when needed.

Q: What are your quality assurance procedures and delivery times for Australia?

A: Each component undergoes 100% load and travel testing before leaving the factory. We provide a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) report with each shipment. For standard custom orders, delivery time to Australian ports (Perth/Brisbane) is typically 4-6 weeks, depending on the configuration.

Q: Do you provide technical support in our time zone?

A: Yes. Since we are in a similar time zone to Perth, Western Australia, and only 2 hours different from Brisbane, Queensland, our engineers will provide real-time technical advice and troubleshooting during your business hours.

Q: Can you provide certificates of origin to help us reduce import tariffs?

A: Yes. We have extensive experience in international trade with South America. We can provide certificates of origin (e.g., China-Chile or China-Peru FTA formats). This allows you to take full advantage of free trade agreements, significantly reducing or even eliminating import tariffs.

Q: Our mining areas are often muddy or have steep slopes. How is the chassis's traction?

A: YIJIANG'S steel tracks feature a robust three-tooth track design for maximum soil penetration and traction. For swampy or soft-soil rainforest areas, we offer widened track plates for ultra-low ground pressure to prevent equipment from sinking, while maintaining climbing ability up to 30° (60%).

Q: How durable are your components against abrasive rock in copper mines?

A: We use heavy-duty forged steel for all critical load-bearing components. Our track chains and rollers undergo a special induction hardening process, achieving a surface hardness of HB450+. This ensures a longer service life and lower “cost per hour” in highly abrasive rock environments.

Q: What experience do you have in ocean freight and logistics to South American ports?

We have established partnerships with logistics providers serving major ports such as Valparaiso/San Antonio (Chile), Callao (Peru), and Santos (Brazil). All equipment undergoes anti-corrosion marine coating treatment and is packaged in reinforced steel frames to ensure that the equipment arrives intact despite the long transit times.

Q: Relocating the crushing plant requires climbing steep slopes. Is the driving force of your steel tracked undercarriage sufficient

A: Mobile crushers are "heavy-duty, slow-speed" equipment. We come standard with a high-torque dual-speed travel reducer.

• Low speed: Provides excellent traction, meeting the climbing requirements of 25°~30° slopes.

• High speed: Facilitates rapid relocation on flat terrain.

We can precisely match the motor displacement according to your hydraulic system pressure (e.g., 280 bar or 350 bar).

Q: Are the rubber tracks on your rubber-tracked undercarriage made of continuous steel wire?

A: Yes. We use a jointless steel wire winding process.

Compared to traditional jointed tracks, this structure provides a more even distribution of tensile force, significantly reducing the risk of track breakage during high-load climbing.

Q: When a crusher operates on hard rock surfaces, are the track shoes of a steel tracked undercarriage prone to breakage or bending?

A: We use high-strength manganese steel (such as 25MnB) forged or rolled. For crusher operations, we have specially thickened the grouse ribs of the track shoes, giving them greater bending resistance. If your working conditions are extremely harsh, we also offer "triple-rib reinforced" steel tracks to ensure the undercarriage does not deform under rock impact.

Q: Can you customize non-standard sized steel tracked undercarriage?

A: Of course. We can customize the length, width, and mounting hole positions of the track frame according to your upper frame interface to achieve a "seamless connection".

Q: My mobile crusher has a high center of gravity. How do I choose the width and length of the tracks for my steel tracked undercarriage?

A: Stability is key. We will calculate the ground pressure based on your machine's center of gravity height. Crushers typically use extended crawler tracked undercarriage to increase longitudinal stability. We can customize track widths from 500mm to 800mm to ensure the machine doesn't tip over or get stuck on gravel roads.

Q: How do I determine which crawler tracked undercarriage is suitable for my mobile crusher?

A: We primarily select the appropriate track undercarriage based on your crusher's overall working weight, dimensional constraints, and expected operating conditions. Typically, mobile crushers require a dynamic safety factor of 1.2 to 1.5 to handle impact loads during crushing.
