A heavy capacity front idler is required for Morooka MST1500 crawler carriers at the back of the undercarriage. The heavy rubber tracks on the MST1500 series require the idler to bear the weight of the track at the back of the machine and maintain tension due to the long undercarriage and heavy track weight. When the idler is brand-new, the wheel has a diameter of almost seventeen and a half inches, so you can measure the wear on your current idler to see how much of the diameter has been worn. At the point where it rests inside the rubber track’s guiding system, the wheel’s actual width is more than two inches. This idler component comes with the installation nuts. Along with these tension idlers, we also have the sprockets, bottom rollers, and top rollers in store. To extend the life of the new parts, inspect your complete undercarriage before placing an order and replace any worn or damaged parts.

The MST2200 series’ rubber tracks are very heavy, so in contrast to smaller machinery, the long undercarriage and substantial weight of the track necessitate an extra carrier roller. Before placing an order, inspect your complete undercarriage and replace any worn or damaged parts to extend the life of the new components. The axle of the dual flange rollers has a steel plate through which the carrying rollers are fastened to the track dumpers. Use your original bolts for an assured perfect fit since bolts are not included with the shipment.
