Product Details
The steel track is mainly composed of track plate and track chain link . Track plate is divided into reinforcement plate, standard plate and extension plate. Reinforcement plate is mainly used in the mine condition, standard plate is used in the earthwork condition, and the extended plate is used in the wetland condition. The wear of the track plate is the most serious in the mine. When walking, the gravel sometimes gets stuck in the gap between the two plates, when turning to contact with the ground, the two plates will be squeezed, and track plate is prone to bending deformation, and long time walking will also make the cracking problem in the bolt fixation of the track plate. The chain is in contact with the drive gear ring and the gear ring is driven to rotate. Over tightening of track will cause early wear of chain link, gear ring and sprocket.
