The Challenge: The "Low-Cost" Trap
Our client initially partnered with a low-price supplier for their mobile crusher’s undercarriage. However, once the equipment was fully assembled, a critical failure emerged: the machine could not move. The previous supplier failed to account for the actual hydraulic torque requirements and the complex friction of quarry terrains. The underpowered motors provided were unable to drive the massive weight of the crusher, resulting in costly downtime and a "static" machine that was supposed to be mobile.
