During the peak harvest season, agricultural fields often experience heavy rainfall, turning topsoil into wet, muddy, and soft mud pits. Traditional wheeled soybean harvesters frequently face severe operational constraints in these environments, including deep vehicle entrapment, high soil compaction, and excessive tire slippage, which severely lowers harvesting efficiency and risks damaging crops.

To overcome these environmental obstacles, Zhenjiang Yijiang Machinery Co., Ltd. designed and manufactured a bespoke heavy-duty rubber track undercarriage specifically engineered for soybean harvesters operated by our Brazilian client. Moving away from standard automated assembly, this undercarriage features precise manual craftsmanship and rigorous multi-stage structural welding verification to ensure extreme structural integrity under high-stress agricultural workloads. The integration of high-strength rubber tracks significantly expands the ground contact area compared to traditional wheels, distributing vehicle weight evenly and substantially decreasing ground pressure.
