This custom crawler system was developed specifically for a sugarcane harvesting machine using two independent triangular rubber tracked undercarriages.

How Was the Sugarcane Harvester Undercarriage Designed?
1. Determine the Machine Load
The first design consideration was the 5.5-ton total machine load. With two crawler units, the basic design load is approximately 2.75 tons per undercarriage, subject to actual load distribution during operation.
2. Develop the Triangular Track Configuration
