MST2200 Tracked Dumper Rubber Track Undercarriage
YIJIANG developed this custom rubber track undercarriage for a tracked dumper based on the MST2200 machine platform. The project was designed for a heavy-duty tracked transport application requiring high load capacity, stable crawler movement and a robust undercarriage structure.
The undercarriage has a specified load capacity of 25 tons and uses 800 mm wide rubber tracks to provide a large ground contact area. The Single-sided track undercarriage dimensions are 4610 × 2800 × 1055 mm, with an undercarriage weight of approximately 6620 kg.
The drive system uses hydraulic travel motors supplied by the customer. YIJIANG designed the crawler undercarriage and related mechanical interfaces according to the customer's machine requirements, allowing the hydraulic drive system to be integrated with the complete tracked dumper.
