3， Arctic-Ready Specifications

• Steel Grade: Constructed with high-strength alloy steel conforming to ASTM A514 or equivalent, ensuring excellent impact toughness at ≤45°C.

• Sealing Technology: All track rollers and idler rollers utilize double-cone metal floating seals to prevent the intrusion of mud and water from cold regions.

• Lubrication Solution: The entire machine is pre-filled with Arctic-Grade fully synthetic cryogenic hydraulic oil and extreme pressure grease.

4，Track Assembly

• Track Pads: Available in single-ribbed, double-ribbed, or triple-ribbed high-wear-resistant manganese steel track pads, with widths ranging from 600mm to 900mm.

• Track Chain: Utilizes sealed and lubricated tracks (SALT), effectively extending the life of pins and bushings and reducing operating noise.

• Heat Treatment: Drive wheel teeth and chain contact surfaces are hardened to a hardness of HRC 50-55, with a depth >6mm.

5. Maintenance & Extras

• Automatic Tensioning System: Standard hydraulic tensioning device; optional automatic grease-filled adjustment system.

• Cleaning Hole Design: Large mud-removal holes on both sides of the frame prevent chain breakage due to freezing mud in extremely cold weather.

• Mounting Interface: Customized connection supports and hydraulic joints (JIC/ORFS standard) can be made to a 1:1 scale to fit the customer's drilling rig tower (Mast) base location.
