When the Spanish client first approached us last year, they required a high-performance mobility solution but with a specific operational constraint: they wanted to source and install the hydraulic motors locally in Spain to streamline their local maintenance and parts replacement.
This required our team to deliver a chassis with perfectly pre-engineered installation spaces. When dealing with torque-heavy hydraulic systems, mounting clearances and bolt-hole circles must be flawlessly accurate. Even a 1-millimeter discrepancy would make on-site assembly impossible for the client.
The Solution: Data-Driven Customization for Model SJ500A-1
Instead of proposing a generic solution, our engineering team reverse-engineered the mounting interface based on the client's local motor specifications, integrating the requirements directly into our technical layout:
Model Designation: SJ500A-1 Rubber Track Undercarriage
Dimensional Precision: For this 2182mm long chassis featuring 300mm wide track shoes, we allocated the exact volumetric clearance required for smooth motor drop-in.
Torque-Resistant Design: The frame and final drive housing were reinforced to perfectly handle the calculated 8220/4270 N.m torque output, preventing any structural fatigue at the connection joints.
Plug-and-Play Implementation: This meticulously reserved sizing allowed the Spanish technical team to bolt on their hydraulic motors immediately upon arrival—with zero cutting, welding, or modifications required on their factory floor.
